EZ TOWER

The EZ tower conforms to EN 1004 and european safety standards and is manufactured to quality assurance TUV 9001 system, the tower can be erected using the 3t method.The EZ tower is available in two widths:single width 0.85m wide and double width 1.45m wide.

Single Width

2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m and 8m

Double Width

2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10, 11m and 12m

Safe working load 750kg, 950kg per structure.

Class 3 tower

LADDER FRAME TOWER

The Ladder frame tower is certified to EN 1004 European standard and is manufactured to a quality assurance TUV 9001 system.It is available in two widths: SINGLE WIDTH 0.7M WIDE and DOUBLE WIDTH 1.35M WIDE

Single Width platform levels:

1.41m,1.88m,2.34m,2.81m,3.27m,3.73m,4.20m,4.66m,5.13m,5.59m

Double Width platform levels:

1.41m,1.88m,2.34m,2.81m,3.27m,3.73m,4.20m,4.66m,5.13m,5.59m

The tower comprises the minimum possible multi-purpose components, no separate ladders or guardrail frames are necessary.

All frames can be used as uppers or lowers simply brace your platform on the third rung below the top of the tower and the correct guardrail height is achieved.

Safe working load 750kg, 950kg per structure.

 ACCESS UNITS

STAIRWELL ACCESS UNIT

The basic stairwell pack provides a platform level of 1.5m and 2.7m from the lowest step and is 0.7m wide, the tower features special narrow base plates, and non-slip phenol platform boards.

Easy access from both sides of the stairwell unit to the platform is provided by a ‘walk through ladder frame’. Simply walk through the frame and climb up the ladder.

Features 4 adjustable base plates designed for a fixed unit and can be adjusted if not on level ground

This new unit is specifically designed to be constructed over non movable objects such as desks, hedges, conveyers etc.

KLIKFOLD UNIT

For all those tight corners where height and space is limited, gain speedy, easy access with the Klik Fold Unit.

Easily portable and manoeuvrable, either open or closed, the unit passes easily through standard doorways.

Six optional platform levels between 0.2m and 1.7m will suit most requirements.

Easily transportable, folds flat to fit in a small van, or on a roof rack.

MINIFOLD UNIT

For all those tight corners where height and space is limited, gain speedy, easy access with the Minifold Unit.

Ideal for one man use, unfold the unit, fit the board and start work.

Captive folding bracing system means minimum components. When closed the board will hook onto the unit for compact storage.

MICROFOLD 1000 PODIUM STEP

In response to the expanding demand of the hire industry BW have introduced their latest folding unit, the MICROFOLD 1000 podium step.

With telescopic handrail section,the correct guardrail height is acheived on all 4 of the platform levels to ensure user safety

Folding construction ensures a minimum of components, when not in use the board will fit on to the side of the unit for convenient storage.

When open or closed the unit will pass through the doors and corridors with ease.
